...But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a
design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such
Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security...
AN EXCERPT FROM
- The Declaration of Independence of the Thirteen Colonies of these united States of
America
First to explain what this term A Brotherhood Against Totalitarian Enactments means, you must
understand what Totalitarianism is.

Totalitarianism is a political system where the state, usually under the control of a single political person,
faction, or class, recognizes no limits to its authority and strives to regulate every aspect of public and
private life wherever feasible. Robert Conquest Reflections on a Ravaged Century

Various totalitarian systems, however, have different ideological goals. For example, of the states most
commonly described as totalitarian—the Soviet Union under Stalin, Nazi Germany, and the People's
Republic of China under Mao.

The Totalitarian leadership maintains monopoly control over the governmental system, i.e police, military,
communications, and economic and education systems. Dissent is systematically suppressed and people
terrorized by the many factions of the totalitarian state. media networks police military or by the leadership
passing legislation.

Some examples of totalitarianism would be where the State demands the people to collectively pay into the
government programs instead of making the process a voluntary process, protected by the Right of
choice of an individual.

Helmet law passage. An argument often presented is the cost of Health Care for an injury sustained by
someone not wearing a helmet and injured during an accident. However the debate excludes the facts
Motorcyclist are most times injured by someone driving an automobile and driving unsafely.

Mandatory Helmet Laws not only destroy the right of the individual to choose. it expands the role of
government to become a Totalitarian form of govenment.

Seat Belts laws are no different. Text messaging on Cell phones Hate crimes which focus on one particular
group to be protected are just some of the may enactments that are considered totalitarian enactments.

Whenever the Government demands you purchase a particular product or service, you are being forced
to surrender your unalienable Rights to choice and think for yourself, placing that decision in the control of
the leaders of that government. Making it a Totalitarian state.

A Brotherhood Against Totalitarian Enactments is a Motorcycle Rights Organization focused on
preserving the Rights of individuals in ways, that are often times related to more than motorcyclist Rights.

Protecting the rights of each individual collectively from being controlled by a Totalitarian policy of the
government and its leaders, who are inflicting damage to a  government that was originally intended to be
limited in power Constitutionally, and being enacted across the two broad fronts known as the Two Party
System.

In order to first be liberated from Totalitarianism and its  enactments you must first recognize who the
perpetrator is.

In the Declaration of Independence this is outlined of Who gives you your rights, and the process entitled
to the people; Not only a Right but a DUTY to preserve and protect.

Whenever the voice of the people do not create a viable concern to the two broad fronts in power being
removed, the objectives of a Totalitarian government has ultimately prevailed in its agenda, reducing the
risks of being removed from power by the people who are supposed to be in control of THEIR government
. The same policies only with new faces seated in power will continue- carrying the torch under the same
alignment of the Two Party System that has been firmly established for decades, causing nothing more
than an alignment that is ideologically the same in principles and policy as a One Party Leadership.
